Work in psychology and related fields have run in Marika Bernstein-Condos’ family for generations. Her father was a psychologist and Marika, along with her two older sisters, got her Masters degree in social work.

Upon receiving her MSW from NYU, she trained at the Mid Manhattan Institute for modern psychoanalysis for 8 years, where she learned the practice of modern psychoanalysis under the tutelage of Drs Charles and Deborah Berhsatsky. An apt student, she quickly developed her own interpretations of the Bershatskys teaching and has now implemented the techniques in her own coaching.

For twelve years now, Marika has run her own private practice in New York City, where she’s known for her interpersonal insight as well as her ability to quickly get in touch with a clients unconscious.

She has been on the periphery of the financial world for years; her husband is a certified investment management consultant, and in her 12 years of one-on-one coaching and psychoanalysis, Marika has dealt with numerous traders and financial executives from all rungs of life.
Marika is currently a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the National Association of Psychoanalsysts, the Mid Manhattan Institute, and the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies. Marika is currently a PhD candidate and we look forward to her completing her doctorate!
