BobRoseBob Rose, ReThink’s Director of Sports, joined us in early 2016 and quickly secured an anchor client for his brainchild and our new division, ReThink:Sports.

Bob is an accomplished media executive who for two decades captained the distribution growth of two separate billion-dollar+ plus advertising-supported cable network assets: CBS Sports Network and Court TV. He founded his own consulting company, Stay Tuned Ventures in 2014 to focus on the development and rollout of game-changing brands and assets – his goal for ReThink:Sports. He also consults with Key Brand Entertainment which is developing a connected TV destination for The Broadway Channel.

His extensive experience interfacing with CEO’s, Boards, senior executives and college athletic conferences will be invaluable to ReThink. Prior to Court TV, Rose was Group Vice President at Sesame Street, where he led worldwide licensing efforts including theme park expansion and retail stores. He also spent time at USA Networks, where he served as Senior Manager, Affiliate Relations. He began his career on Madison Avenue in media planning capacities with Benton & Bowles Advertising and Kurtz & Tarlow.

Rose is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. His competitive sports DNA goes back three generations in the state of Ohio. His grandfather was the General Manager of the Cleveland Rosenblums, winning three professional basketball championships in the 1920’s. He played competitive tennis in high school, finishing in the top 10 in the state doubles championship as a Junior, and has run five New York City Marathons, finishing in under three hours in his second race.
