Leslie Harris started his coaching practice in 2013 after a successful career as a portfolio manager in the global financial markets. Over three decades, he experienced firsthand how people respond to risk and uncertainty and developed methodologies to handle those challenges successfully.

Leslie has worked extensively with senior leadership at global firms to refocus their time, energy and perspective in order to change their behavior and re-energize their careers.  He has a robust private practice that includes professionals from finance, as well as law, marketing, entertainment, architecture and design.

He has worked as a Senior Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison, the global leader for executives in transition. He managed a roster of 50+ clients from a wide array of Fortune 500 companies, and led workshops and networking groups.

Leslie is a CPCC Coach and received his certification from the Coaching Training Institute (CTI).  He has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Leslie’s approach to coaching is guided by the principle of meeting the client “where they’re at” and working with them to discover how to move forward. He utilizes techniques learned through his course work at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) as well his years of experience navigating the uncertainties of the financial markets.
