Senior Advisor
Sarah is an executive assessor and advisor who works with investors, portfolio managers, and other senior executives operating in high-pressure roles. She focuses on helping clients understand and improve the reciprocal relationship between assumptions, subjective responses, and patterns of thinking versus risk perception, judgment, and decision-making.
She holds a PhD in Psychological Research from King’s College London and an MSc in Neuroscience. Her doctoral research in psychological assessment provided a rigorous scientific foundation for the breadth of work at ReThink.
Prior to joining ReThink, she consulted through her company, Ethoset, and held senior talent and leadership roles at Goldman Sachs and AQR Capital Management. She has advised numerous organizations on leadership assessment, executive selection, and organizational effectiveness. She has developed a deep appreciation for the psychological demands of high-performance environments and the role that judgment within uncertainty plays in sustained success.
Based in Dubai, Sarah works with clients across Europe, the Middle East and North America.
