Constantine (“CT”) Theodossiou
Senior Consultant and Performance Advisor
Based in Europe, Constantine Theodossiou brings 20-plus years of markets experience to The ReThink Group.
A trader and portfolio manager, his career spans the fixed income desks of Deutsche Bank in London, Bear Stearns, and JPMorgan; a period trading physical grains; and since 2008, the buy side where he has managed futures, equity and fixed income portfolios.
His experience across the sell side, commodities, and asset management gives him an insider’s understanding of professional risk-taking and the psychological pressures that accompany performance at the highest level.
He combines that insight and his own experience as a ReThink client with certification in logotherapy from the Viktor Frankl Institute; a body of work concerned with meaning and resilience that complements The Shull Method.
Constantine holds a degree in International Relations and Philosophy from Boston University and a Master’s in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi in Milan.
He is fluent in English, French, Greek and conversational in Italian.
Outside of finance, he is a scratch golfer who, among other, represented Greece in the European and World Amateur Men’s Golf Championships.
